All of the Pro and HiPro systems have a built-in vacuum gauge so that you can monitor the level of pressure in the bag. This is also a good way of checking that you don’t have any leaks in your bag as a level of much below 80% indicates that air is entering the system somewhere. The Pro’s also have a vacuum level adjustment knob but unless you are using hollow moulds you are unlikely ever to use it. The 16m3, 25m3 and 40m3 are also capable of being connected to Frame Press and FramePress Pro systems.
Vacuum pressing is the most effective way to clamp veneering work and light weight laminations, providing an even and massive clamping pressure over the whole surface. By extracting the air from the vacuum bag and creating a vacuum the full weight of atmospheric pressure bears down on the contents of the bag exerting an evenly distributed pressure of around 8.5 tons per m². This unit uses a 100% duty cycle professional quality dry running vane pump giving 16m³ per hour developing 85% vacuum. A built in vacuum gauge give a visual indication of performance whilst a heavy duty foot switch gives convenient control. The extra large capacity 2500 x 1300mm heavy duty 300 micron seamless Polyurethane vacuum bag is supplied as standard and will accommodate almost any project. Up to 4 bags can be run from this pump simultaneously,( extra parts will be required). If you are laminating with a vacuum press it is only necessary to provide a one piece former as the vacuum bag will provide an even pressure as it moulds the timber into the shape of the former.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.
